⭐️ WE ARE EXTENDING THE EXTREME READING CHALLENGE UNTIL THE MAY HOLIDAY! ADD YOUR PHOTO TO OUR LIBRARY DISPLAY IN SCHOOL!⭐️
We would like the children to take a photo of themselves reading their reading book in unusual or out-of-the-ordinary place. An example could be up a climbing frame or on a trampoline (children have been asked to be mindful of being safe and to check with an adult first). The more creative – the better! We would love for families to get involved as well, so please feel free to join in. 💥

⭐️Year 4 have been working hard to learn all their times tables ready for their Multiplication Check in a few weeks' time. These children know ALL of their times tables up to 12x12 and are now busy learning their corresponding division facts.⭐️

⭐️Yesterday, we had 2 teams from Fairfield Primary School at the Stockton Schools Netball Finals. All the pupils played exceptionally well, in what was a tough competition. They represented themselves, and the school with pride, determination and respect. Two of our Year 6 girls impressed the officials from Grangetown Netball Club that much that they have been each been given a 'golden ticket' for 4 free trial sessions. Amazing!!!
One of our teams finished 2nd overall, claiming the silver medal whilst the other finished just outside the medals in 4th.
Well done to everyone involved, we are all very proud of you!⭐️

🌳Today is welly walk Wednesday for our youngest children. They went on an adventure around the orchard and explored their surroundings. Wednesdays are also for wheels. We got the balance bikes out and went on a journey with our friends. Some children even worked together to make a car to go on their very trip!🌳

⭐️Reception have enjoyed throwing the bean bag and counting to thirteen outside. Some children have cemented the foam bricks using sand and water!⭐️
