Safeguarding

https://training.ssscpd.co.uk/

Fairfield Primary School is committed to safeguarding all children in our care and it is paramount in all that we do.

We care very much about your children’s safety and wellbeing and we will work with you and other agencies to help to keep your children safe both in, and out, of school. Please use the links below to access information on keeping your children safe on the roads and online.

In particular, please read this short article from The Times newspaper which outlines the extent to which children are at risk when using the internet unsupervised (click image to enlarge):

The link to CEOP below will give you general advice on staying safe on the internet and advice on reporting suspected abuse. The link to the Thinkuknow website will give you resources targeted at the age of your child/children and advice for you as a parent or carer. We work very hard with your children to teach them how to be responsible and safe internet users. Please work with us to help to make sure your children use what they have learnt about responsible and safe internet use.
